1. How long I can get the dress?

2. If I can buy many items to try, and return the dislike ones?

No. All the dresses are Made-To-Order. Whether you choose a standard size or custom measurements, our tailors craft each dress to order.

3. Do you have anymore in-stock? I just need a standard size.

The majority of our dresses are tailored even though you just need a standard size.

4. Will my dress look just like the same as pictures?

Yes. But it will be sewn to fit your body type, and the fabric type and color will differ if you've requested such alterations. The quality of the fabric, and the skill put in by the seamstresses, will be the same.

5. Can I combine different styles of dresses into one dress?

Yes, our partner Lunss will help you to design your own dress.

6. How can I get a swatch/color sample? How much have I to pay for it?

We provide color samples. Please contact customer service for the details.

7. Do you have a retail location where I can try the dress?

Sorry, we are online store only.

8. Can you ship anywhere? What carriers do you use?

We can ship the dresses to anywhere on the globe, via DHL, FedEx and UPS.

9. Is there any discount on bulk purchases?

Yes. Please contact customer service for the coupon.
